Everyone is special and that's what makes the world interesting. So don't worry about being different the world would be a very boring place if we were all exactly the same!

Yes I'm a little intimidated!
This is my first blog. Never really thought I'd ever have one but now I do! I figured it may be a good way of keeping family and friends updated on what is going on with us. As of right now Nathan is back on his four 10's schedule which means he will have Friday's off. I am on a new schedule this week and I am not sure how long that will last. I am working 4pm to 10pm Mon-Thurs which really stinks because the only time I will see Caleb on those days is when I wake him up in the mornings and I am not used to that at all. I am hoping it will just be for a short time until we get the new routine figured out. Caleb is doing very well in school.....well aside from him getting in trouble for talking in class. He ended up grounded this past weekend due to getting an orange and 2 yellows last week! The color scale goes like this: Green is good, Yellow means he was gotten on to once, Orange means he was gotten on to twice, and Red is anything more than twice and gets a call to the parents. But other than that he is doing really well! He is excelling in math, reading, and spelling! I am so proud of him! Russell is doing good too. Not much going on with that he is just getting more and more silly which worries me when I think about sending him to school! I took him on a date last Friday. We went to Petsmart and looked at all the animals. Then to Krispy Kreme to see the doughnuts being made and there he told me he wanted to be a doughnut...but then he wouldn't have arms or legs! He also told me he wanted to work there! From there we went to Wal-Mart and he picked out Moon Dough which I can tell you I do not like lol! And finally we ended up at McDonald's! He played for a while then we came home. Not too much going on other than that.

I think its great you started a blog. I love our blog. I have times when Im really good about writing and then I slack off. I have tons of friends and family that tune in whenever they can. Ive also turned ours into books for the kids later. They love looking through them and reading about life when they were little. Easier than scrapbooking and more fun than a journal. Plus....theres a HUGE military community and mommy blogger community that are full of really wonderful people.
ReplyDeleteThat is so true Stephanie! I never thought of it that way. Scrapbooking is way too much work that's why I got a Flickr account digital scrapbooking is much easier and more fun and not to mention cheaper lol!
ReplyDeleteWelcome!!!!! Be prepared to be addicted. :) haha
